30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Swimwear and underwear must have the hygiene liner intact. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return

Email msm.almarri1@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address (Al Wasl, Street 30 A, Community 343, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at msm.almarri1@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

 

Discount codes

Items bought with a discount code (for example WELCOME10 or BEACH15) can be returned under the same 30-day policy.

 

EU and UK customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.
