Products and accuracy

We sell beach and everyday clothing and accessories under our own store name. Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by or manufactured by any third-party brand. We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but screen colours may vary. If a listing contains an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable UAE VAT. Shipping is charged separately and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud; in every case any amount paid is refunded in full. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery estimates and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy: UAE 5 to 10 business days; GCC and international 10 to 20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be applied after an order is placed, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only codes published by us are valid.

Intellectual property

The Ascend name, website content and product listings belong to Mohammed Saif Almarri Trading or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential. You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
